Mouthy Return & Refund Policy
At Mouthy, we prioritise your health, safety, and satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products as oral care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity for all our customers.
However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, and refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the damage along with your proof of purchase, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Order: If we sent the wrong product, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll correct it at no cost to you.
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
